For many behavioral disorders, therapists have been using cognitive behavior therapy. They used it for mood, substance abuse, personality, anxiety, and much more. These are problems dealing with the mental health. One such therapy is the ‘Aaron Beck Cognitive Behavior Therapy‘ and it allows us to understand some techniques used to solve mental illnesses.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

This type of therapy (CBT) has a clear psycho therapeutic approach that deal with dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and cognitions. They use a goal-oriented procedure. One should know that these therapy techniques are time bound. Normally it will take about 16 sessions to complete the therapy.
